Jeanette Bronée, CHHC, is a nourishment counselor, educator and change motivator. She is board-certified with the AADP as a holistic health counselor. She uses modalities such as Ericksonian hypnotherapy, breath-therapy, guided mediation and Compassionate Integration Counseling from the Tom Monte Institute to create the bridge between body, mind, and soul for optimal healing.
Jeanette has developed the Path for Life nine-step system that she teaches to her clients. On this enlightening journey, she guides each client toward finding their own individual way to health through food choices, daily self-care habits, behavioral changes and habit-shifting along with emotional healing, an essential component of living life fully. Her approach to food is educational, upbeat and non-dogmatic. But it is not just about food; Jeanette teaches us to be aware of how and why we eat.

Paula Tursi is the Founder and Director of Reflections Yoga and the Reflections Yoga Teacher Training Program. She has been working with alternative healing practices in New York City and internationally for over fifteen years. Paula developed Reflections Yoga as a way to integrate what she found most inspiring in other practices with her own personal truth. She began her training at Integral Yoga, where she studied Hatha and restorative Yoga. She went on to work with renowned teachers such as John Friend, Rodney Yee and Angela Farmer. She has also worked extensively with Leslie Kaminoff and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, in the art of yoga, breath work, anatomy, and movement awareness practices. She is certified at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance and is an affiliated Anusara teacher. Most of her current studies are in Body Mind Center with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
Paula's work focuses on the alignment of mind and body, understanding that we move not only from our muscles and joints, but from the support of our inner body. Movement or asana can start from the inner or outer body, however, movement initiated from the inner body can be an expression of the organs bringing awareness and health to the deeper systems of the body.
Paula holds a Masters degree in Psychology from Columbia University and a Masters degree in Education from Hunter College. She did her clinical post-graduate training at the Milton H. Erickson Society for Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. She teaches classes, holds corporate workshops and offers individual instruction in breath awareness, partner yoga and yoga for body ailments. The Reflections Yoga teacher training program is fully registered at the 200 & 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance.

A pilates specialist with over 20 years' professional experience in the New York City dance and fitness communitites, Lisa is committed to sharing her love of fitness and wellness with others. Her background in competitive running, Martha Graham technique, ballet, yoga, classical pilates, traditional fitness, and Gyrotonic enables her to draw from a varied toolbox of movement experiences and vocabularies. She has trained in pilates since 1995, earning her STOTT Pilates Full Certification in 2002, and regularly pursues continuing education from the world's finest instructors and organizations. With a BA from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Lisa's combined studies of Psychology and The Arts give her a unique insight into people--their hearts, minds, and process--that enriches her teaching and has led to an extremely loyal following.
An exceptionally motivating instructor, Lisa believes strongly in the power of the mind-body connection to increase health and wellness, maximize body awareness, and gain full enjoyment of one's life. Working with you individually to identify your goals and priorities, Lisa uses her skills as a teacher, healer, and coach to help you train your body to its full potential. Expect to feel not only the benefits of pilates--stronger/longer muscles, powerful core support, deeper breathing and relaxation, and improved posture and flexibility--but also an increased sense of well-being and body confidence following your sessions with Lisa.
